Your cookies are amazing!!! After I order them, where can I pick them up? I have to have them right now. 

First of all, thank you for the compliment. Secondly, please give me a few weeks to make the cookies. I need time to make them so awesome. Some months are booked so get your orders in early. I'm located in Mooresville, NC and can work with you on delivery/pick-up. 

How far in advance do I need to order them? I really want them NOW. 

I'm flattered that you are craving a Cookie Fox cookie. They are delicious. Please give me at least two weeks to take your order. It takes time to make them awesome. The sooner the better. You can go here                         to get a quote on a custom order. Once your invoice is paid, the order is confirmed. 

What are your ingredients? I have a friend that can't have wheat, dairy, soy, meat, nuts, pickles or water. Would you be able to make some for him? 

Our decorated cookies are made with butter, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, pure almond extract, and other flavorings. Some cookies have additional ingredients based on flavor choice or special requests. The cookies are made in a kitchen that uses nuts.

How long can I keep these cookies? Who am I kidding? They're never going to last. 

The cookies are best when you devour them within 2 weeks, but when stored properly they can last longer. You can even freeze them and thaw when needed. 

How do I pay? I will pay whatever it takes to get these cookies in my belly. 

An invoice will be sent to you for immediate payment. Orders require full payment before the request can be confirmed. The invoice must be paid within 5 days or we will assume you are not interested in purchasing from us. 

What if I need to cancel?  

Orders requesting a refund must be cancelled 14 days or more, prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 14 days will acquire a fee of !5% of the order. Cancellations made two days prior to the even will be refunded 50% of the total amount as the cookies have already been started. 

I didn't like the cookies and I would like a refund. Just kidding. They were amazing.
